A University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate with a major in Finance, Erein breathes financial creativity when qualifying prospective homebuyers. A Maui High alumni, Erein's hobbies include being a dedicated father to his son and daughter and attending their many afterschool activities. Kehau started in the mortgage industry right out of high school and worked as a part time sales assistant and quickly became a full time employee. She worked hard, smart and quickly and was promoted to a Loan Officer Assistant role before becoming a loan processor for the next 18+ years.
Kehau has always enjoyed the fast paced work environment of the home loan industry. She enjoys helping people buy their first home or to secure a better rate or pay off debts with a refinance to help Hawaii families with their financial future.
Kehau is from Kaneohe and graduated from Kaleheo High School. In her free time she spends time with her blended family - her husband and collective of four children and three dogs. They love going to the beach, baseball games, playing board games and watching movies together.
Wendy Lum
Legacy Team Leader
As a Legacy Team Leader, Wendy is
available to help with mortgage questions and needs and will coordinate the qualifying, interest rate quoting, origination and processing of home loans through her licensed legacy team.
Before becoming a Legacy Team Leader at Pineapple Mortgage, Wendy had a 20 year career as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for First Hawaiian Bank. Before retiring in 2023, she worked for American Savings Bank from 2002 to 2004 after working at FHB for ten years. Wendy has been through the ups and downs of the mortgage business and has built strong relationships with real estate agents, referral and repeat customers.
Wendy has extensive experience on new building projects and was involved in affordable and market sales. Wendy is also an expert in portfolio Jumbo and Condotel financing. Wendy graduated in 1983 with a of Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii . She is also a Hawaii licensed real estate agent, a licensed notary, and fluently bilingual in Mandarin.
